Here lately my pizza has either been cold or under cooked. Poor quality compared to what it used to be.
I ordered my pizza at 6:30 for carry out. They told me it was a 30 minute wait, I get there at 7, and waited almost 40 minutes for 1 pizza. I will never Order my pizza from this place again. Crappy employees, and other people with more orders got their pizza’s before me, unreal.
Sent burnt pizza but when I called to complain they immediately resent the order so....kudos for making it right.
Place was slamed and disorganized showed up at the designated time and stood in an overcrowded waiting area as the staff ran about like untrained fools half filling orders and giving lame excuses. If in fact the owner had taken a large order then the website should have posted the delay..instead it continues to take orders and give inaccurate times...when my prepaid order finally given to me 3 of my 4 items were stone cold as they set waiting 45 minutes for the last item to be prepared
First time I ordered for delivery and pizza did not arrive within 2 hours, had to leave before it was delivered. Second time I ordered for takeout and had it ready in just over 30 minutes.
