Terrible place of business!! Thought I would try something new and worst mistake I could make. I placed an order at 10PM for delivery. After 11PM and no pizza, I called to find out what the hold up was. Apparently they came and knocked on my door (that my wife and I have been sitting next to for the last hour talking and watching tv) so my order was voided and the pizza was thrown away. They went to the wrong house and never knocked on my door. They said that they could get me a new pizza but it would be another 45 minutes to receive. Frustrated with the fact that I have to wait another 45 min for my late dinner, I said that would be fine. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE THE FIRST TIME!!! HOW IS THIS GOOD BUSINESS?!?! do they have no respect for the customer our the realization that a happy customer can perform better business?!?! Instead of fixing their own mistake they have lost a potential future customer. I would have nothing to do with this company EVER!! I would stay away from here and go to someone who understands the customer and resolves their mistakes in a proper order!!! Go to Papa Johns! Go to Pizza Hut! Go to Bearnos! GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE!!!
I usually get thin crust because it seems like either the belt on the oven is too fast, or they are pulling the pizzas out too early, which is a shame because their pan pizzas are fantastic when they are cooked all the way through. I still order them sometimes to see if they fixed the issue. Even a less than perfect pizza is delicuous. Edit: most recent pan pizza order was cooked all the way through! Still holding at 4 stars until continued results.
I do not recommend the delivery here at all. There are better places to get service for at least warm pizza.
I ordered a pizza. The order said it would arrive in 30-40 minutes. I called after 45 minutes asking about the status and was told it is ready to head out for delivery and the driver should be there anytime to take it. After an hour I called and was told it had left the building. After 1 hour 30 minutes after I placed my order I called asking if my order had been lost or what had happened. I was told once again my order had just left the building and it should arrive anytime. I finally had the order delivered 2 hours after it was placed. The driver never said a thing to me about it being late or anything. When I opened my pizza and wings I had ordered I found out both were room temperature.
Horrible customer service. You should not yell at your customers especially when you are wrong! Last pizza I had was so terrible the manager gave me a credit. I tried to use my credit and they had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to yell into the phone. I do not recommend this Dominos.
Always hot. Always fairly prompt. No surprises.
