I'm going to start out with 3 stars, been here for over an hour, 3 people ahead of me & they've taken 1 back. No one has left either. We waited 2.5 hours to be seen and another 1.5 in the back, just to have the Dr. come in and tell me that he was an adult Dr. and wasn't comfortable doing anything to my son's toe so he gave him an antibiotic and told me to take him to children's ER. I've tried calling CMH with no response from them, I was charged $75 to be told to "He's out of my scope of practice"
Fast and professional! Total time 30 minutes in and out!
They didn't treat my biggest issue they blew me off very rude service will not return so I had to go home in pain didn't really want anything for pain just wanted an antiflamitory
This is my urgent care facility of choice. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been going for years. Yes, some days are slower than others but it just depends on who is working and what they're dealing with. The staff have always been courteous and friendly, even with my multiple return visits as of late. I have had some doctors that I have preferred over others but that's normal I think. Not everyone has the same style. I'm a little confused by all of these bad reviews. I would give 5/5 but wait time can be pretty icky sometimes.

Definitely not a very welcoming office. The check in desk is clutter with signage. "Extended wait times, be patient"
