This place has really changed, it has turned into the worst place to live in Sellersburg. Its very sad.
Been here since 1999 it was a great place to live we had Johnny a security guard that kept the place very nice then, when Johnny died the park never replaced him and then Dixie was fired as manager, for very good reasons. Now the park has gone to crap kids running wild, trash every were and the lot rent is way to high $ 365.00 a month. The water stinks, and you have already read about the service after you are sucked into renting or buying a home. Cars speed, and the kids play in the street or any where they please. So if you have a choice I wouldn't move here.
I like this place. Been looking for something that is inexpensive home for myself and child. The manager was very friendly and professional. Gave me a few contacts to call regarding purchasing a home here. They have a great community center, equiped with kitchen with a cozy living room feel. I know I will be having parties here, and the outside playground is very well maintained and safe for my child to play. The residents seem to take care of their homes, there were a few run down ones but isn't there in every neighborhood? I like the homey feel I had not like I had with the last park I toured. I am hoping I can make this my home soon..

Huge trailer park right off the expressway very clean and friendly management was helpful with my application and approved me the next day.
We moved here in March 2014. At first we were renting, but then were given the option to buy. So of course we bought our home. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. Many of the neighbors seem friendly and tend to keep to themselves. The only problems I've had while living here are sometimes neighbors allowing their animal to defecate in my yard without picking it up, and the lawn guy keeps trying to mow my yard which will cost me extra on lot rent and don't want to happen. However Elaine has been pretty helpful in resolving any of our complaints, and pretty lenient on my husband being a bit of a procrastinator with yard maintenance. It's been a really good decision in my opinion to move here. We've been allowed to plant various things in our yard which helps to make our lot look nicer imo. We've had some repairs that were made prior to our buying the home and since, but nothing that isn't unexpected when you buy an older mobile home. The lot rent does tend to go up about 20 dollars extra a year, and I assume it's to help with paying workers good wages and park repairs. My family and I very much enjoy living here. We also like the sense of community that Elaine gives the place with different events as well food drives for people in our community around the holidays. Moving here from NA was and is a great choice. It's nice and peaceful. Great choice for first time home buying. Also a lot less expensive than a 3 bedroom apartment. :)
It's home BABY........Nice place to reside most resident stay to them self and it's extremely quite!
