Lot of new faces there. Folks I dealt with for over 25 years are no longer there. Takes away from the "family feeling" we used to have.

I AM A 65 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO GET SCARED WHEN A LIGHT COMES ON THE DASH. SO I STOPPED BY THE DEALERSHIP LASTED NIGHT AROUND 4:57 TO HAVE THE LIGHT LOOKED AT. THE GARAGE WAS OPEN, HOWEVER, THE MAN OLD ME IT WAS ALL MOST 5 AND MOST EVERYONE HAD GONE AND THAT HE WOULD NOT HAVE THE TIME TO HELP M E. HE SAID THE LIGHT MEAN THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS LOW AND THAT NO PROBLEM BRING IT BACK TOMORROW, MY FAMILY ( A LARGE ONE) HAS BROUGHT 5 -6 CARS FROM YOU IN THE LAST 4 YEARS. I FELT UNWELCOME. MY SISTER YES THEIR MORE THAN ONE FORD DEALERSHIP IN SOUTHERN IN. I STOP BY MEINEKE AND A YOUNG MAN YES HE WOULD HELP, ALL OF NY TIRES WERE LOW AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN 5 MINUTES. WOULD NOT TAKE ANY MONEY, JUST SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY. MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND RESPECTED. THIS FEELING IS WHAT A CUSTOMER WHAT TO FEEL FROM A BUSINESS.

I was pleased with how easy he made the process and how quick I was done with everything. He had me out the door in no time with the car I had been looking for. Brian was also great to work with during the process.
We just purchased a 2014 F350 and while there were a few bumps in the road getting the deal finalized (as in most all dealings) we are very pleased with everyone we dealt with. We are from Ohio and that complicated things a bit but the dealership bent over backwards to get the job done. Every single person we met had a smile on their face and offered their hand for a handshake. The internet dept., which is how we found the truck, is top notch. This dealership offers a small town feel with excellent service. We would make the trip to deal with them again!
Now have to learn the new ones and see how they measure up to the standards I was accustomed to.
Amazingly unexpected customer service from the service department. Quick work, as explained, with no surprises. Work done and estimated is explained in an easy to understand way.
Repairs done quickly. Called as soon as problem diagnosed; then when car was ready. Estimate was higher than actual costs;so pleasantly surprised at that.
