I am wowed at the customer service and convenience of Storage Express. When we first arrived we accidentally loaded all of our items into the wrong unit and instead of having to take the items out and put into the correct storage unit, we just called customer service and they switched the units for us with no problems. The security features are great! Overall awesome service!
About 50% of our items were damaged in a 10x30 space to the point that we had to remove and throw away from the unit after items have been placed in the unit. Mice were in couch, recliner, mattress, box spring. Damage to many home decor items as well and company is unwilling to stand behind issue. No telling how many other units have been effected... Stay away from the 200 building... or even whole facility. Have used Two other storage company's in past for same duration of time and never had a lick of problems. Would be inclined to recommend if this was a company who would stand behind their "pest control" .
setting up the agreement was simple and accessing the unit is easy. we found the unit to be clean and ready to use. Will recommend to others.

Well imagine if [at any hour on any day] you could just roll up to the storage unit and magically select, pay, and discuss your new storage unit with a helpful courteous human??? Yes your dreams have come true - all of their locations have a 24/7 self-service kiosk. You’re welcome & happy moving :-) [yes NOBODY enjoys moving, but at least Storage Express helps make it suck a little less]
What a God Send Storage Express was! Easy to Rent over the phone, everything was explained clearly and the Unit was perfect! Clean, Safe and Secure. I wished I would have rented 2 units and not rented moving Pods! This is a much cheaper way to store your household goods when you are between homes! I would absolutely recommend Storage Express to anyone with storage needs!
