I truly wish the associates here were more resourceful. It's very easy to say NO and call the next ticket number. To sympathize with the client and look for options, that's what makes the difference!
It couldn't be a bigger contrast from Sellersburg and Jeffersonville. I had an out of state title coming in and the dealer sent it to the wrong branch. I originally went into Jeffersonville, twice, to try to title the vehicle. The worker was rushed, rude and didn't try to understand my issue. When I finally found out that the paperwork was at Sellersburg, I went in. The staff was courteous and helpful, even though they had to search for the paperwork.
Don't go on Saturday! Worst attitudes and service!
