Always a great experience. The employees are very knowledgeable. Something that is lacking from the larger hardware stores.
The 2 ladies that worked there were very pleasant, helped us with a key and the service was fast. But then we were rushed out the store because they were closing. I understand that they want to go home but he was very short and followed us out of the store making sure we left.
Best lumber selection anywhere!! Lowe's and Home Depot sell junk compared to what's available here, not even close.
The men are nice but the little stuck up brats that's it behind the counter and drink Coke and don't even greet you when you walk in or give you a bag when you buy something need to go.
Make sure you don't discard or misplace a receipt. They won't let you return anything without it--even if you bought it on a card & should be easy to look up.
The females they have working at this place are horribly RUDE!
