We were away from home for several days. When we returned, I noticed that our ceiling had several water spots by the chimney. I called Pro4mance. They set up a time for someone to come and inspect my roof. A couple of days later, he came over, looked at the roof and determined what the problem was. He had a roofer come out, caulk the flashing around the chimney and remove some water soaked insulation. A decision was made to not repaint the ceiling until after we had received some measurable rain. Several days later we received the rain and the roof didn't leak. They came in the next day and painted the ceiling. All were professional and did a very good job.
Folks DO NOT USE this service. They do not quote a price before rendering work. They caused damage to a home they performed service on last week and refuses to provide answers or solutions. I posted a review on Facebook which they erased. They ignore all complaints. And they block you if you complain rather than being professional and provide quality workmanship and customer service. They erase the complaints to boost their ratings. Be aware of these type of scam artists. I have pictures to prove they damaged our home. They can't ignore the BBB and other remedies though.
I selected Pro4mance to complete a second job for me because I was so happy with the first. Allen was so pleasant to work with and I am more than pleased with Pro4mance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
