Money in hand to buy a new mower. Stood in the store for 15 minutes and counted several employees and no one ever even said hello. Going to the next dealer across the river.
I went up there to drop off an older self-propelled push mower. The attitude and arrogance of these guys is what drives people away. Nobody really wanted to help me nor were they courteous enough to give me time of day. I requested to talk to Jay Jacobi but they told me he was to busy. I will never give any business to Jacobi and will steer my friends clear of them. Just because I didn't have their brand or that it wasn't top of the line to be looked down upon requesting service is just plain wrong. Then to tell me it's dumpster material is even more insulting. It makes you wonder if there business model will survive with that over priced showroom and snobby business ethic. This is just my personal experience.
