When I went to Unique Auto, I went in with the same hesitations and defenses. It didn't take long for me to find out that this is not the typical car dealer. In fact, Bobby is the complete opposite of any salesperson at typical dealerships. He is incredibly kind, personable, and not pushy at all. His conversational approach was a breath of fresh air when trying to find out more about the car and the buying process with him. I never felt as if he was trying to manipulate me or hide anything that he was selling. This is the way an auto dealer ought to be- working for the benefit of the buyer. And that's what we found at Unique Auto.
This was my first experience purchasing a car not at a big dealership. I wish all my car purchases were like the experience I had at Unique Auto! Bobby is straight forward with no gimmicks, no "let me talk to my manager", no games, nothing. I loved that Bobby was patient with me and all my questions. Many times male salesmen don't take me serious as a woman. I never felt that Bobby didn't respect my views, opinions, or questions. I cant wait to purchase my next car from Unique Auto!
