I'm sure a lot of this McDonald's issues (Slow drive-thru, uncompleted or wrong orders, dirty dining room, etc.) can be summed up to understaffing and stressed, overworked employees.
Here lately my burgers haven't even been warm. They've been snappy and don't have good customer service. All they care about is getting you in and out as quickly as possible
I wish the employees at this location the best and remember to show these employees a bit of respect and kindness the next time you visit. It goes a long way!
Extremely slow service and orders are almost always wrong. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Plus their customer survey times out if you take too long to complete and they only allow 1200 characters.
Improved :open later, menu has no time restriction now, playgrounds are sufficiently "nurfed" to keep everyone safe... and delicious healthy salads for similar reasons. McDonald's! kids love it! I do too. A-....
The chicken nuggets were fresh and hot, but a little on the greasy side. The ice cream cone was good for $1. 10 chicken nuggets for $4 was too high though. Over all, pleased with the experience not counting the wait in the drive through. I would have given a 3 1/2 star review because of the wait if I could have.
Sad to see this place in the shape it it today! I worked at this location years ago and it wasn't nearly as bad as it is now.
My favorite food is only available thru McDonald's... 4star by default.
Most of the staff are generally friendly and respectful. As long as you show the employee behind the counter some respect as well. It means a lot to them! Being nasty and disrespectful won't get you far or get your order pushed through any quicker.
