I had heard of this place for a while, it was pretty nice. It's not super classy, but would be a good spot for a laid back date night or a dinner meeting. The Chicken was good, I've heard their breakfast is also really good. Large craft beer selection and decent wine list. Really good desserts too.
First time in a long time that I have visited Fireside. I had a cheeseburger and fries, which was excellent. My friend who had the Manhattan with green beans, said hers was excellent as well. We ate on the bar side. Our waitress was very attentive, even as the restaurant began to get busy, and the fact that she was into her second shift of the day. I will definitely return soon.
Excellent food, prices, and service. The have daily specials as well. Love that you can same bakery items for sale as well. A nice place for meetings, dinner parties, or birthdays. Can't wait to go back.
All 4 of us really enjoyed the fried mushrooms for appetizers. I had the salmon and green beans and mashed potatoes..all good. My fiance loved his beef tenderloin.
Our server was great and the food very tasty.
There is a formal, family-friendly dining area as well as a casual 21 and over bar area that feels more like a pub. The formal dining area includes a cake bakery.
But the highlight was the turtle brownie!!!! Oh my ..melt in your mouth...goodness.
Service is generally quite good as well, with a friendly, attentive staff. On the rare occasion where there has been a problem it was resolved quickly and effortlessly.

The wine and cocktail menu is impressive as well. There's even a couple of absinthe-based cocktails on the menu.
