They were very friendly and saved me from a tax penalty. The owner and tax professional worked with me tirelessly to file a accurate tax return. I will never try to do my taxes again on line and will always go to this office. They moved this year to a new office that is very nice next to Family Dollar
The person who wrote the 5-star rating works for H&R block. No one in their right mind would rate this experience a 5 star. Speaking of 5, thats how many corrections we had to do before our taxes were considered correct. Those 5 corrections took 6 months to make. All of this and the owner wont even give a sincere apology let alone a refund. The only thing they were great at doing was making excuses and explaining why others should take the blame for what went wrong. If you are looking for associates with little expertise, poor customer relations, all for an expensive price then this is your place.
